Welcome to Creative Catalyst. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of using our website and purchasing our Creative Catalyst curriculum (the “Curriculum”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing our Curriculum, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Overview of Curriculum
Our Curriculum is designed to provide business coaching and training on videography skills. It is intended for individuals who are interested in improving their skills in the videography industry. The Curriculum includes course content, templates, VIP access to coaching and events, etc.
Registration and Payment
In order to access our Curriculum, you will need to register on our website and provide us with accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to register for our Curriculum.
You agree to pay the full amount of the Curriculum as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the price of our Curriculum at any time without notice.
- Intellectual Property
Our Curriculum, including all materials, images, videos, and other content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our Curriculum or materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Refunds and Cancellation
We offer a 7 day refund policy for our Curriculum. If you are not satisfied with the Curriculum, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Curriculum at any time without notice. If we cancel the Curriculum, we will provide you with a full refund.
- Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or Curriculum. We do not guarantee that our Curriculum will meet your expectations or that it will be error-free.
- Indemnification

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maine without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Augusta, Maine.

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website or Curriculum after any changes to this agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.
- Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and Curriculum. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
